Warrant issued for Greenville arson suspect

GREENVILLE – An arrest warrant has been issued for 34-year-old Lowell “Bill” Bowers of Greenville. He and Josh Willis, 18, have been charged in connection with the ongoing investigation of the July 22 vehicle arson fires in the City of Greenville.

Bowers was not his residence when officers attempted to contact him, but is aware of the warrant for this arrest. He currently remains at-large. Willis remains jailed in Mercer County on a theft charge.
